Our contracting team works very closely with our design team, to minimize any confusion and deliver our clients their dream homes. We believe that a build partnership is most importantly based on the trust between client and team, resulting in a lasting friendship long after our clients made their house into a home. We offer turnkey custom home building services, handling the entire process from start to finish.

What does the process look like?

The process begins with an in-person interview between builder, designer, and client to ensure a good working relationship is possible. In this meeting we tackle budget, floor plan layouts, timing, and lot breakdown on what is and is not possible.

 

During the design process, our design team sets up multiple meetings with the clients to gauge their interior dreams and vision. Using the budget provided, they then create multiple designs for client approval. Each bathroom, kitchen, living space, exterior design, lighting package, and trim package is tweaked until completely satisfactory for our clients. A final design meeting is set up with samples of materials for each room to help our clients touch and feel what materials will be used in their space.

What happens after closing?

After closing, the building begins. Commercial contractor, Vitaliy Kovalinskiy, will spearhead the build and relay updates to our clients. Clients are allowed multiple walkthroughs on site with our contractor. Designer walkthroughs are included closer to the final months of building.
